KdM12G系列12G-SDI矩阵为固化紧凑式和模块化前插板式结构设计,固化矩阵规模8×8~48×48,采用体积紧凑的2~6RU机箱,经济实惠,稳定性高。
固化紧凑式矩阵采用前面板按键控制,输入输出按键一 一对应,面板具有 LED 显示灯或者发光按键同步显示状态,矩阵具有多个RS-232 控制串口,支持计算机、中控、外置面板等方式同时进行系统控制。
模块插板式矩阵完全是由各个独立模块组装而成,规模16×16~288×288,机箱高度从7U~14U,更大规模可根据客户需要进行定制。
系统支持带电热插拔,设备上架后无需更换整机,不改变系统布线,只更换或增加相应矩阵模块即可完成矩阵的维护和升级,极大的方便了系统故障判断、维护、扩容等。
双电源系统采用冗余式热备份设计,全部采用热备份一体化开关电源,双电源模块同时工作,互为热备份。当其中一个电源组件发生故障时,另一个电源组自动承担全部工作,保证系统运行的连续性,极大地提高了系统的可靠性。
可选双控制系统采用主备系统控制模块,当主控制系统发生故障时,备用控制系统继续支持系统工作,不会影响系统的切换操作。
可选的双交叉点模块,提供了最大160×160的12G 1+1交叉点热备份,极大的提高了系统的安全系数。
矩阵具有多个 RS-232 控制串口,自带独立遥控面板,可选配 TCP/IP 接口,具有外同步信号接口,支持场逆程切换。
Product Description:
KdM12G series 12G-SDI matrix uses solidified and compact design, modular front insert plate structure. The matrix size can be 8×8 ~ 48×48, using compact 2~6RU chassis, which is economical and of high stability.
The compact matrix adopts the front panel key control, where input and output keys correspond to each other. The panel has LED display light or luminous key display synchronous with matrix’s state. The matrix has a number of RS-232 control serial ports, supporting computer, central control, external panel and other ways to simultaneously control the system.
Modular board matrix is completely assembled by each independent module. The scale size can be 16×16 ~ 288×288, chassis height 7U~14U, and larger scale can be customized according to customer needs.
The system supports hot plug-in. After the device is placed on the rack, there is no need to replace the whole device. Without changing the system wiring, the matrix module can be replaced or added to complete the maintenance and upgrade of the matrix, which greatly facilitates the system fault diagnosis, maintenance, and expansion.
The dual power supply system adopts the redundant hot backup design and adopts the integrated switching power supply for hot backup. Two power modules work simultaneously for mutual hot backup. When one of the power components fails, the other power automatically takes all the work, ensuring the continuity of the system operation and greatly improving the reliability of the system.
The optional dual control system uses the active/standby system control module. When the active control system fails, the standby control system continues to support the system without affecting switching operations.The matrix has a number of RS-232 control serial ports, with an independent remote control panel, optional TCP/IP interface, an external synchronization signal interface, and it supports field reverse switching.
